眼部
- 透明部份用1.7mm膠板重造

- 用5棵WS2812B-2020 LED製作劍身,另外3棵WS2812B-1010 LED為劍柄指示
- 用1.5g 直線舵機控制展示及回收
駕駛艙
- 面板及駕駛艙兩側用膠板及LED製作
- 駕駛坐用彈射坐位套件製作
- 用膠板及LED製作伺服器機櫃及連線
- 傳說加了CD頭的燈效製作會很賣錢
身軀與背包
- 身軀加了一堆LED
- 頸項用兩個9g舵機控制,激光劍開合用1.5g 直線舵機
- 前作用線自動機(Wire Automata)原理但不太成功,今次手部沿用同一方式,再改良效果仿需努力。
- 掌心加入2 棵WS2812B-1010 LED用來與激光劍互動效果。
- 手臂其餘零件是套件,部份是自製及來自PG。
地台
- 展示所需控制單元擺放位置。
- 入侵者用1/48舊模型及套件改造,入侵者頭部加LED,用銅線製作眼鏡,紙張製成實驗室袍。
- 間諜用1/48人形套件改造,頭部是Gundam Artifact 4 Gundam MKII,另開孔加入LEDs。
其他
- LCD圖片,噴射口LEDs,柳釘,迷之Tem Ray電路,眼鏡及黃金通行證製作。

- 整體電路設計
感測器,時鐘
- 距離監測,監測如有物體接近設定距離400mm,起動整個演練
- 手勢監測,監測面前手勢設定當前演練語言
- 時鐘,設定演練時間為08:00 – 23:00
軟件
- Master / Slave 架構沿用過往I2C設計,Master 用了ESP32而6 x ATTiny85作Slave,與及VL53L0X (距離監測) 和PAJ7620 (手勢監測)。而LCD獨立由Seeed XIAO RP2040控制,基本上各個功能都能獨立運作,整體以多個事件組合為劇本方式演示。

Model Making
The entire system includes the following functions, each operating independently, which are combined to form a story script:

- Robotic arm opening and closing movements
- Distance monitoring for starting demonstrations
- Gesture monitoring for setting language
- Internal clock calculation system for starting and stopping scheduling
Self Explain (English)
Eyes
- Transparent parts reconstructed using 1.7mm plastic sheeting
- 32 WS2812B-1010 LEDs inserted, 16 on each side
- Honeycomb decals added to the outer perimeter
Lightsaber
- Blade made using 5 WS2812B-2020 LEDs, with another 3 WS2812B-1010 LEDs for the hilt indicator
- Display and retrieval controlled by 1.5g linear servos
Cockpit
- Panels and sides of the cockpit made using plastic sheeting and LEDs
- Pilot's seat made using an ejection seat kit
Cockpit Interior
- Server rack and wiring made using plastic sheeting and LEDs
- Rumor has it that adding CD head lighting effects would be very profitable
Torso and Backpack
- Torso with numerous LEDs added
- Neck controlled by two 9g servos, lasersaber opening and closing controlled by a 1.5g linear servo
Hands
- Forward-acting Wire Automaton The design was based on the principle of Automata but not very successful. The same approach is used for the hands, but further improvements are needed to enhance the effect.
- Two WS2812B-1010 LEDs were added to the palms for interaction with the lightsaber.
- The remaining arm parts are from kits, some are custom-made, and some are from PG.
Base
- Shows the placement of the necessary control units.
Intruder/Spy
- The Intruder was modified from a 1/48 scale model and kit. LEDs were added to the Intruder's head, and the glasses were made with copper wire. A lab coat was made from paper.
- The Spy was modified from a 1/48 scale humanoid kit. The head is from the Gundam Artifact 4 Gundam MKII, with additional holes for LEDs.
Others
- LCD image, jet nozzle LEDs, rivets, mysterious Tem Ray circuitry, glasses, and the Golden Pass.
Circuit Diagram

Sensors, Clock
- Distance monitoring: Detects an object approaching within a set distance of 400mm and initiates the entire exercise.
- Gesture monitoring: Detects hand gestures in front of the user and sets the current exercise language.
- Clock: Sets the exercise time to 08:00 – 23:00.
Software
- The Master/Slave architecture follows the previous I2C design. The Master uses an ESP32, while the Slaves are 6 x ATTiny85, along with a VL53L0X (proximity detection) and a PAJ7620 (gesture detection). The LCD is independently controlled by a Seeed XIAO RP2040. Basically, each function can operate independently, and the overall presentation uses a script-based approach combining multiple events.
